She was so sharp to figure out the complexy of my DBS charger problem that I was the one unknowingly turning it off by mistake. It was a blessing and a conquest to better quality of my tremors!

Ellen is the best! She not only has a great personality, and knows the DBS adjustment routine, she takes the time to see how I'm doing, getting through life. She is my absolute most favorite provider. I really look forward to our 6-month follow-ups. Don't lose her. She is awesome at her job!
