We drive from Orlando, almost 4 hours each way for the expertise of the doctors at Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Lo Menzo spent quality time discussing Benjamin's current health obstacles and symptoms and how they might be affected or improved by surgery. We were very pleased and thankful.

Dr. Lo Menzo was not rushed, took the time to understand Ben's unique circumstances (severe cerebral pasley, dandy walker syndrom, spastic quadriplegic hiatel hernia with aspiration etc.) and needs, which helped us all to discuss, and understand surgery options, risks benefits and what might best serve Benjamin. It is refreshing to be heard and have opportunity to benefit from the information of a specialist such as Dr. Lo Menzo. So pleased with our appointment!

SICU nurse leader sat with my parents and explained plan of care and listened to their concerns. Abby PCA from 5 tower handled my dad with so much care and compassion. She went above and beyond in taking care of my dad. She will be an excellent nurse she showed compassion and maintained my father's dignity. Also, CNC Latoya listened to my concerns and never made me feel that I my expectations were too much. Dr. Lomelo and his entire surgical team were phenomenal.
