Dr. Ricchetti and his staff are wonderful!!

I feel like I am able to access Dr. Richetti or members of his team for any issue on very short notice. I have only rarely needed to contact his office, but when I have, they have immediately addressed my question or concerns. They are very responsive!

Dr. Ricchetti is a caring, compassionate doctor who is also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to shoulder surgery. Based on my experience with him, I have recommended him as a surgeon on multiple occasions and I have recommended the Cleveland Clinic far and wide. The care I received from Dr. Ricchetti has been fantastic and the results of my two shoulder replacement surgeries speak for themselves. Pain has been minimal and both surgeries have fully restored the functioning of my shoulders in record time!! Everyone wants to know who my surgeon was!! Dr. Ricchettis care and expertise has changed my life!
