Erica has always been friendly and respectful to my partner and I. She listens to our questions, and explains my disease and treatment plans very clearly. She always reacts promptly to any issues with medications or insurance issues. So sad to hear she''s retiring. She will be hard to replace! One of the best physicians I''ve encountered in my lifetime!
