I really liked Erica, very intelligent, caring , compassionate person. She listened to me explain everything and then answered me. I would recommend her. Dr Golden has a wonderful Assistant.

I was very pleased with my visit with Erica. She listened carefully to my concerns and asked pertinent questions. When I left I had good understanding of a plan of action which I hope will ultimately solve my problems.

She asked questions to inform herself of my past and current experience; she was very professional; she explained clearly and In detail the current issues, potential causes, treatment, and provided printed information for education and future reference.She was empathetic and gentle in examining.She has a wonderful bed-side manner and a very warm and reassuring personality which calmed my fears since I was very worried that I might have had cancer.I am very glad and grateful to have met her and to have her treat me.

She was very knowledgeable. She scheduled an appointment for an x-ray with speech therapy. My husband kept clearing his throat. I am glad she realized what he was doing. He does have an issue with swallowing.
