About Dr. Jones: My passion for thoracic surgery is rooted in the strong, trusting relationships I build with my patients. I believe that the best care and outcomes result from a collaborative approach, where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered every step of the way. I have been fortunate to receive superb mentorship at some of the highest-volume centers in the country, where I gained experience in managing the most complex cases using the latest techniques and the most minimally-invasive approaches available. At the end of the day, it is a true honor to care for this unique patient population and to be part of their journey toward healing.

Leisure Activities: My career is only possible thanks to the unwavering support of my family. I cherish spending my free time with my wife, our baby boy, and our Saint Bernard. We love to travel—having visited 26 countries so far—and enjoy attending live music events. I'm also an avid scuba diver and skier, and a proud fan of all things Pittsburgh sports
