He also completed an internship in general surgery at Beth Israel Medical Center at Mount Sinai and advanced fellowship training in endocrine surgery through the Cleveland Clinic.
Board-certified in general surgery by the American Board of Surgery, Dr. Romero-Velez is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing him to communicate effectively with a diverse patient population. His clinical practice encompasses adult and pediatric endocrine surgical care across multiple Cleveland Clinic campuses, including the Main Campus, Marymount and Lutheran Hospitals.
