I feel Dr. Shah doesn''t see me as a person. She forgot the chief reason for the visit and when I asked her if I lost any weight she appeared indifferent and gave no heartfelt response or encouragement regarding a large weight loss. Dr. Shah also gave me information that wasn''t true. I went along with her, just to get the appointment over. Upon looking at the summary of my visit, I had to email her regarding incorrect info she put in my record which said I sometimes take a particular medication 2 - 3 times the prescribed doseage. It took her several days to respond and her reply stated that she hadn''t reviewed the note and it was an error. How do you use that as an excuse to place incorrect notes in a patient''s chart. She told me that she was concerned that something serious could be occurring due to medication I take and didn''t give me a follow-up appointment to see if problem resolved. I had to call and leave a message to get a follow up time frame for a serious problem. Dr. Shah doesn''t listen and doesn''t care.
