Heath Austin is amazing with his work. He listens and gives great advice and doesn't make you feel awkward or unwelcome. You can tell he truly cares and likes his job. I highly recommend him to anyone especially in the LGBTQ+ community

I have seen Heath Austin several times. He is always very easy to talk to and he asks good questions. He is helpful and knowledgable. He was particularly helpful in this situation, recommending that I Increase my medication and to see a neurologist for further guidance.
