Heather listens and gives immediate feedback. She is comfortable with my husband asking questions.

Heather was excellent at listening, asking questions to understand better (symptoms are difficult to describe) and giving me a lot of good information, as well as laying out a good plan for moving forward. I felt better afterwards and have more confidence it will get better.

Heather is such a wonderful practitioner. She listens to me and provides great feedback.

Heather went above and beyond in every possible manner. I have never experienced such care and concern from any other physician. She dealt with things that were out of her control and expertise and let me know that she would be doing me a disservice if she did not point out the new issues she had found. She also told me where to go for further treatment and why it was a necessity to do so. Heather found a great deal of blood around my pessary upon removal and we discussed all the options available and an ultrasound was ordered. Heather is a fantastic PA and you and I are so very lucky to have here.

I was given an appointment 3 months out without any choices because I named the doctor. After two months I called and was able to see a PA within days. The appointment setter gave no alternatives.

Heather should have a 10 not a 5, she is compassionate, knowledgeable, and very patient, she explains everything so well and listens to questions. What a blessing to have her as a provider

Heather is knowledgeable. She gave us about an hour of her time. But, receiving the words from her out the outset of our appointment that we were in the wrong place, pretty much negated the encounter. Her demeanor is very mechanical.

She had no compassion, and not very good listener for what I need for my concerns
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/19/2026
I sensed Heather didn''t read my chart in advance because she acted like it was the first time she saw me and I''ve been there twice before. I''m 77 years old and have had hematuria since 2009. I felt she talked to me like someone who was just diagnosed. I didn''t feel this way in previous visits.
