Biography
Dr. Nadorlik is a Pediatric Cardiologist in the Department of Heart, Vascular and Thoracic. She is the co-Quality Improvement Officer for the Department of Pediatric Cardiology and the Medical Director for the M40 Inpatient Cardiology unit.

Research and Innovation:
Dr. Nadorlik has led several quality improvement initiatives related to acute care cardiology - specifically in the areas of discharge planning and efficiency, neonatal feeding, and inpatient documentation.
Leisure and Personal Pursuits
Outside of work, Dr. Nadorlik enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children, volunteering at her children's school and Girl Scout troop, and talking about anything that relates to Walt Disney World.
