Orthopedic Associates has just been bought out by Cleveland clinic. Because of the recent buyout Cleveland clinic people. while trying to get through to orthopedic Associates was tough. Once the Cleveland clinic people were able to transfer me to be able to talk to orthopedic Associates everything was fine. Dr. Mandel was great. I am so happy he decided to stay. The people at orthopedic Associates were all wonderful. With Cleveland clinic taking over orthopedic Associates I will have to see how that goes. Dr. Mendel had been my surgeon. for my right rotator cuff.. I can''t say enough good things about that man.

Dr. Mandel, was very thorough and took the time to explain everything as well as answer all my questions.

Dr Mandel is very kind and professional. He is very personable and sincere. It is obvious he cares about his patients!

Dr. Mandel was brisk and in the exam he seemed a bit curt as if my current affiliation was not serious or life threatening so he could look at it and move along to another appointment. Did not show any concern for my situation nor ask any questions about my past experiences with this affliction.

Dr. Mandel, whom I started with at Orthopedic Associates, for me, is a very good sugeon
