Couldn't be happier with Dr. Sarmiento. He was respectful, warm, informative and understanding of my concerns and fear.

I've seen 4-5 orthopedic doctors, two other neurosurgeons from a different medical group, a physical medicine doctor, a pain specialist, and an ER doctor over the last 1.5 years. Dr. Sarmiento is the ONLY doctor that provided, what perhaps may be, the necessary information for a solid diagnosis when he mentions the possibility of a fracture. Each of the other doctors saw the same MRI. I've nearly thought myself mentally disturbed these last couple of years because the other doctors seemed uninterested.
