PA SirLouis was very patient and listened to what I had to say. She seemed to know the right questions to ask because we had a very complete wellness exam in my opinion. I felt very good about what we discussed and I learned a few things as well.

Jacklyn made me feel very comfortable. She asked pertinent questions and was very thorough in her responses. We discussed my problem and different avenues to pursue a good result. I didn't feel rushed and when she checked my grip response, I felt good about it. Lately, it seems as if a lot of doctors don't care to touch a patient. I don't expect hugs, but even a handshake would make me feel at ease. (Dr Boose is also good in this way.) I was very impressed and pleased by Jacklyn's care.
