Jacquelyn was wonderful! I have never met her before but she was kind, really took her time and patiently addressed any questions I have. She really went the extra mile to build a relationship with me and make me feel comfortable.

She explained the 'rules' around the welcome to Medicare visit.I mentioned an issue with my legs and she offered three solutions! We also discussed magnesium and I learned there are many kinds! She then recommended which one would help.

Jacquelyn was exceptional. She was knowledgeable and I felt listened to and well cared for. She sat down and explained the abnormal results on my ECG in a way that I could understand and in a way I wouldn't be inordinately concerned by the results yet aware that this was an issue.
