Dr. Strickland is great and patient. She explained how a certain medication prescribed by another doctor was helping me to pass a kidney stone without pain. I had misunderstood the med and was complaining and she showed me how it was actually helping me.

My annual Medicare wellness visit with Dr. Stricklland was routine, but very thorough!! We discussed immunizations, routine screenings such as a mammogram, colonoscopy and other screenings. Dr. Strickland spoke about the bloodwork I had completed before my visit. She was thorough in her explanation of my results and spoke in laymen's terms. Dr. Strickland wanted me to have some additional bloodwork after the visit and said she would contact me once the results were in. She contacted me two days after I completed the bloodwork and we talked over the phone and she presented additional recommendations. Overall, I was very pleased and satisfied with my visit.

During the Covid pandemic, my PCP left Cleveland Clinic and I was devastated. She was amazing. It took me two years to find Dr. Strickland, and I am so very happy with her quiet but steady hand in managing my healthcare. She is not only professional but knowledgeable. You can see the wheels turning in her head as she goes through her questions and review of my chart. She is very careful on what she prescribes and very proactive in getting me to other specialists to check out things that she wants answers to. BUT she is not careless! I am so happy that I kept looking for the perfect PCP for me.
