It is truly amazing that Dr. Fernandez would show such a level of concern as to immediately respond to his secretary's efforts to help me and be willing to have a telephone appointment with me while he was on vacation! He was very kind and compassionate and said something to the effect that he knew I must have special need to have contacted them as I did--and I was feeling miserable. What an encouragement! Thank you so much to Dr. Fernandez and to Celeste for her help as well.
