Both technicians were very nice and caring. The first technician worked really hard to get good pictures. She is a very good representative for the Cleveland Clinic and I felt that the scans, readings, and explanation were done with professionalism. She explained what she was doing. Thank you for employing the best medical staff I have ever observed.
