Ms Kirby is great! She shows concerns, empathizes and has common sense suggestions. There is no over reaction to possible issues but offers further actions if I am interested.

Jamie is the best; honest but respectful. Knows what I don't want to hear but says it anyway, with compassion. Always tells me the benefit of following doctor's orders.
