I had recently broken my foot, so Dr. Granieri offered a video appointment so that I could stay home and off my foot. It was a very kind gesture and I really appreciated it. The video conference appointment was every bit as good as a face-to-face appointment.

She is a great listener and she does a thorough exam which is so important rather than just relying on technology. She explained AI and how she uses it.
