Very Good!!!! Jennie listened and had a thorough understanding of the various issues my Mom has. She took the time to explain why some things were occuring and found an x-ray explaining why my Mom's left arm was painful. We thought it was muscle overuse from her walker but it is arthiritis.

She was late to begin with. I thought I was having a physical. She just asked questions, looked in my ears, and listened to my lungs. She ordered blood tests. That was the extent of my physicalnot impressed

My NP listened to me & gave good medical advice & was very professional at her position.
