Dr. Addressed questions and fixed script from previous preop apt, which initially she was going to send me to the surgeon''s office, which was right around the corner, but as she looked intro It a little more, she just took care of it herself. Very kind and saved me from the extra walking around.

Excellent care - I got a same day appointment. Dr. Sood was extremely thorough and immediately ordered a panel of tests that uncovered an autoimmune condition.

When I visit, Dr said she's very smart and knowledgeable about her job but also I don't feel stressed out because I'm rushed If I need to ask a question or I need guidance on an issue. She's Is also a very nice humble person and I feel like she genuinely cares about my needs. This is a drastic improvement from prior providers other than Cleveland clinic.
