Dr Jessica Bonezzi went above & beyond this visit. I was scheduled for an audiogram 9.1.26 then a follow-up office visit the following week on 9.8.26. Dr. Bonezzi knew that I traveled 100 miles to Cleveland Clinic, so she took the initiative to rearrange her schedule on short notice to accommodate both my audiogram appointment & the follow-up office visit appointment on the same day. I am very appreciative of her thoughtfulness and the extra time she took to accommodate both appointments. I never felt rushed or felt like it was an inconvenience. She was very thorough and caring during both visits and I value her expertise.

Dr. Bonezzi is personable and friendly. The audio test I had to do was a little goofy because I had to move my head in strange positions but she made me feel comfortable the whole time and regularly checked in to make sure I wasn''t feeling too dizzy and that the position I was in wasn''t painful for me. She explained everything clearly and let me ask questions. She was fantastic and she made it a very positive experience.

My care provider was very informative, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough.
