Dr. Garcia has the look of a teenager but her ability with her care is that of a mature well experienced woman who shows dignity love understanding with an abundance of knowledge when I left Cleveland clinic to other treatments center it was never because of Dr Garcia it was the staff and the receptionist which is no longer there and are a lot more capable with extreme professional attention with knowledge
