I am very happy and grateful for Dr. Primero because he is kind, listens carefully, explains every detail of the information, is sincere, accurate, empathetic and generous! And above all he speaks Spanish and is understood very well! He understood what I wanted to express to him about my illness, he listened to me and was gentle! The nursing and customer service staff took excellent care of me even though I don't speak English! Thank you all for your receptivity!
