Everything was very good. Dr. Knapp handed the After-Visit Summary to me. I took that to Check-Out and made the appointment. Then I showed up.

Dr. Knapp. My Primary doctor is always well-prepared for my visits. He views all my labs ahead of time and remembers what's in them and what he needs to discuss with me. He always responds to my questions in a way that I can understand. He has allayed my fears/worries about abnormal test results and upcoming procedures ordered by other doctors. Talking to Dr. Knapp has been good for my blood pressure.

He is also sensitive to the patient's ability to get adequate care that they can afford.
