Because the last surgery did not really help, she really did not have a lot of answers. But, we knew that this sometimes happens. So she was going to talk to the doctor herself about this which did turn out to be be positive!

Mrs. Stephenson and her staff have been wonderful. The ability to schedule a virtual visit while living several hours away in extremely convenient. I truly feel that Mrs. Stephenson goes above and beyond, and truly cares for her patients, and am very pleased/ecstatic that she is one of my providers.

Kailey has done everything possible to help us care for our daughter and her pain. She explains all options and treatments thoroughly. She listens to all of our concerns. She is always available and we can expect an immediate response. Our daughter had a reaction to one of her medications and everyone from the office quickly did their part to safely resolve the issue and protect our daughter''s health. We are very grateful for Dr Cheng, Kailey and the entire staff. We would also like to thank Nick who dealt with the pharmacy and health plan to make sure our daughter received the care she needed. He went beyond our expectations and is another reason we feel that the best health care is found at Cleveland Clinic.

Kailey is the best. She actually listens and then comes up with solutions! She went above and beyond helping me to schedule MRIs with anesthesia. She understood my claustrophobic and respected it. Unlike another provider at CC she did not say it was all in my head and all my problems were because I was fat. Kailey is the best in my book and I pray she never leaves Dr.Chung.

I told Kailey that Dr. Chung, her and I were a great team! And I meant every word!

Kailey Stephenson is an amazing NP and I never thought I would say it, I don''t think I could pick between her and Kathryn Kraus (should she come back to CCF). She actively listens addresses concerns and looks for solutions, as if you were part of her family. It''s people like her and Dr. Mintzer that keep me coming back to main campus.

I find Kailey to be an excellent practitioner. She is highly skilled, very pleasant, and gets the procedure done well.
