Ms Mazzola was attentive, she listened to my concerns, was patient and caring. She was able to adjust my hearing aids. PS she has a wonderful personality!

Kaitlyn is a true asset to CC audiology department. The expertise she exhibits in her area of service is exceptional! Her knowledge is matched with her warm personality by putting the patient at ease and having the ability to develop a high level of trust ! I consider myself fortunate to have benefited from her excellent care!

If 10 were a possible rating I would give it to Dr. Mazziola. She was so kind and compassionate, but above all very knowledgeable . She explained everything perfectly to a non technical person like myself. She was very patient also.
