Karen Burrows is one of my favorite providers at the Cleveland Clinic.

Dr. Burrows is a knowledgeable, kind and caring audiologist. She has been my provider for my hearing issues for a very long time and I am extremely confident in her and in her abilities to help me manage my hearing issues. She answers all my questions concerning why my hearing aids were not working properly, was able to determine why they were not working properly and was empathetic when, in adjusting the levels on the hearing aids when I told her I was hearing echoes in the aids. I would highly recommend Dr. Burrows to any family or friends in need of an audiologist. Thank you to Dr. Burrows for her care and concern for my hearing (and over all) well being.

Dr. Karen Burrows checks all the boxes. She's professional, thorough, and has excellent communication skills. Skill is the wrong word - she's kind, genuine, and compassionate. She carefully explained my hearing aid options so I was thoroughly informed and can make a decision. Her easy going, positive attitude took stress out of the appointment.
