Dr. Riggs is the GOAT

I have chosen Dr Riggs long ago to be my PCP. Her whole office is efficient and kind as well. My only sad point is that her office is a Cle Clinic location and that has severely limited using it for minor procedures that now cost as much as outpatient surgery.

Dr Riggs is always professioal, knowledgeable and courteous

I expressed concern for an illness and felt dismissed and turned out that my child''s symptoms became more apparent and was exactly the illness I had concerns for. My child needed further treatment which was upsetting because had we been listened to she would have been treated much sooner. She was very friendly and I respect that. I just wish our concerns were taken into consideration.

Our family always has a good experience with Josh NP. I do recommend him along with Dr.Hackenburg. Both Very attentive and compassionate to children and parents and listens to the parents concerns and works thoroughly to find the best treatment plan.
