One of the best appt I have been to at Cleveland Clinic. Super friendly and personable, extremely informational and great with my daughter. Super accommodating and humble. So many doctors act like their time is the most important. She made us feel very valuable

We really like Katelyn! She is prompt, courteous, and seems to really enjoy what she does which shows and makes it a very pleasant experience for everyone!

Dr. Colborn listened to my concerns and had an open line of communication during our visits. She was fantastic with my son and it is very clear she knows what she is doing and the importance of her work!

Kaitlyn Colborn was incredible with our son! He was definitely very confused on what we were doing, audiology exam, and she was so helpful with making him feel involved and made it more like a game to him. He did so good and that was all thanks to her
