Kathleen Scott listened carefully to my concern. She then presented me with options. We discussed the options and came up with a plan together. She instructed me to try our plan and inform her if we needed adjustments. Also to follow through with my discharge instructions. She makes me feel seen and heard. But most importantly I know she cares about me, my understanding of my conditions and my continuing active participation in my health care. I love her!
