Team Lead, Licensed Clinical Counselor, Center for Integrative Medicine
Kathy Barringer is a licensed professional clinical counselor with more than 20 years of clinical experience working with adults with a history of a variety of trauma. Kathy graduated from Fort Hays State University earning her undergraduate degree in psychology and a Master of Science degree in clinical counseling. Kathy has worked in a variety of settings over her 20 year career including, juvenile corrections, foster-care, department of corrections, Ft. Hays University staff and 20 years of experience in private practice. Kathy was a national trainer in the use of Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy as a trauma resolution technique.
Kathy has experience working with a variety of addictions and extensive treatment working with trauma and emotional dysregulation Kathy is a certified to work with anxiety and is currently pursuing certification in EMDR as a trauma resolution technique.
Kathy is committed to offering her clients’ grounded transformational healing with integrated therapeutic interventions.
