Dr. Katrin Arnolds is one of the sweetest, warmest, upbeat Drs. I've ever had, and I'm 74! She showed me pictures of the area worked on, included me in decisions, explained the procedure, and gave reasons why issue occurred.

Dr. Arnolds is always helpful and caring she goes out of the way to make you feel comfortable and address all questions or issues. She if very polite and her stuff of nurses very approachable and understanding. Overall visit as usual excellent.

I can't say enough about Dr. Arnolds! She gave me plenty of time, explained procedure for 9/16, we discussed other care for me, which we decided together after options given. She's warm, caring and upbeat.

Dr. Arnolds was amazing! I went to her for a second opinion and she explained everything very throughly and informed me of many different options available to me. She read my file before the appointment and asked questions that showed she was very focused on providing me with all of the information available so that I could make an informed decision about my care. She really made me feel better about what was going on and made me feel hopeful that I could find a solution that I was comfortable with.

This was the most positive experience I have ever had with a doctor. She was a great listener, provided facts, details and options to my concerns and condition. Dr. Arnolds made me feel like she cared and wanted to genuinely help me above and beyond!
