I experiences from the moment I entered your facility was very good. There was a man that I did not know helped me and guided me up to the office that I was supposed to go to. I believe he was a doctor working for the Cleveland clinic there everybody there was very courteous and nice to me. It was very professional. I felt very comfortable with how the staff performed their duties and I thoroughly enjoyed meeting my Doctor Kayla Rapp Who made me feel very comfortable and welcomed, and I thought that I was in good hands being in her care

Dr. Rapp is an outstanding provider. Cleveland Clinic needs to find more like her. She listens, she advocates for her patients and develops reasonable care plans.
