Kelly Nelson, is a wonderful person to have a video chat with. She tells you like it is. She always asked if there's any questions that you have. She's very personable and has a nice voice for doing the video appointments. She's always upbeat and happy. My appointment was at 7:00 in the morning. She was chipper as a lark. Couldn't believe it but I appreciate it quite a bit. And thank you for taking care of me so well
