Dr. McCracken was pretty dismissive after I explained my concerns to her and brushed them off and told me she sees this daily. She made me feel like my symptoms and concerns were not important.

CNP Kelsey has helped me successfully address other spine related issues over the years. She is very patient oriented and very knowledgeable about issues of the spine. She is a good listener and communicator and I'm totally comfortable and confident with the care she provides as well as the results that I get.

This past week I saw her for another type of back issue which had sidelined from many activities due to pain. She is a most compassionate and clear communicator. Her questions, exam, explanations, comparison of X-rays And looking forward plan getting back into exercise etc. Helped me to truly understand the approach I can take, I am most grateful to be in her care.
