Kendall continued to be available and highly responsive in my mother's aftercare following her appointment. She was advocate for my mother receiving proper care as directed by her, the specialist, in my mothers's SNF. I am so very grateful for her responsiveness and her direct and clear explanation of what the best POC should be.
