AREAS OF EXPERTISE:
Ketty Diaz is proficient in diagnosing and treating patients with a wide variety of Hand and Upper Extremity conditions including fractures and dislocations, nerve injuries and compressions, carpal tunnel syndrome, basal joint arthritis, tendon related issues and injuries, trigger fingers, tendonitis and various tumors of the hand. She works closely with one of our hand surgeons on a daily basis to provide complete care for patients. Ketty Diaz also first assists in the operating room and provides outstanding and compassionate are to many of our post operative hand surgery patients.
BIOGRAPHY:
Ketty Diaz joined Cleveland Clinic in 2009 from Baptist Hospital where she was part of the General Surgery Department for 7 years. Currently, at Cleveland Clinic Florida, she has served in the specialty of Hand Surgery for the past 16 years. She has built a strong track record of exceptional professionalism and exceptional patient care. She is an essential piece of the Hand Department and has earned an outstanding reputation among her patients as well as her peers.
Ketty holds a Master's Degree (FNP) from Florida International University and a Bachelor's in Nursing Science (BSN) from Barry University. She is nationally certified and an active member of The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
She is fluent in both English and Spanish and is known for her outstanding patient care, communication skills, emphasis on education, and patient advocacy.

I want to emphasize that Ms Ketty Diaz is a fantastic person. He through examination of my hands and the way she administered the injections was incredible. Her concern for my wellbeing and pain relief made me very happy. I''m feeling so much better today I wish I could give her a big hug.
