Why no excellent? My first visit with Dr. Holcombe was perfect. The first Dr that actually LISTENED to me

Dr. Kevin W. Holcombe was a pleasure to work with. He put me at ease immediately and answered all my questions professionally and completely. His sense of humor was a pleasant distraction from my concerns.

Dr Holcomb listened to 3-4 of my patient concerns and issues and added value on every single one. The most concerning for me an elevated PSA test was dealt with thoroughly and an immediate followup with CC urology accomplished same day. This Dr Is excellent.

Dr Holcombe was respectful and empathetic, discussed decision options for concerns, thoroughly explained providing risks and benefits, with empathy, highly recommend to others.

Dr. Holcomb was the first doctor I felt really listened to me and put me in touch with the correct doctor.

For this visit, I was having an irregular heartbeat and Dr. Holcomb, after ordering an EKG, quickly diagnosed it as PVC. He then gave me a recommendation on what to do to ease the condition. I needed to ask a follow up question and he responded same day clearly and quickly through MyChart. I was very happy with the overall visit. Dr. Holcomb is very easy to talk with and has an amiable manner.

Some doctors have short answers to your questions/concerns and rush you out the door, not Dr. Holcombe, I felt like I was seeing my old doctor who was truly concerned about my health, which makes me want to come to Cleveland Clinic and not change doctors.
