Dr. Keppel is an ideal medical provider. He listens well, provides explanations of all facets of care and testing, answers all questions thoroughly. He even turns his computer screen so that I can view the photos of my eyes as he discusses my issues (!) and allows time for me to ask specific questions about the photos. In addition, he is very personable.
