This was my first visit with the thyroid specialist Mr Miller at the Cleveland clinic and I felt comfortable the entire time he did an ultrasound on my thyroid all while explaining what they was doing to me so I felt less nervous they also did blood work for me. The doctor and his staff are very kind and patient and make sure I understood my care.

The doctor treated me with great respect and made me feel heard and valued. They listen to me carefully about my concerns and answered all my questions. He also explained my condition and test results in a way I can understand. I really appreciated the way they included me In decisions about my care and treated me as a person not just a patient. Overall it was a very good experience and I would highly recommend this doctor and the Cleveland clinic to others.
