Dr. Stephan's has been wonderful. He takes the time to explain every step we are taking and why, Is very good at explaining anything we are not sure of, puts us at ease with factual data, and has a very good personality that Is easy to connect with. He takes the time to get to know myself and my family and ensure all our questions/concerns are answered. We wish there was a higher rating to give!!

I prefer the in-person visit, but it was our request that we had the video-visit because of the distance we had and that I already saw Dr. Saltzman regarding the CAT scan. This is why I clicked Good above. As an online visit, it was excellent.
