Biography

Khashayar Arianpour, MD is a fellowship-trained Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. He specializes in plastic surgery of the face, head, and neck, with a practice that includes cosmetic facial surgery, rhinoplasty, hair restoration, facial reconstruction, and facial trauma.

Dr. Arianpour’s cosmetic practice includes facial rejuvenation surgery, facelift and neck lift surgery, brow lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, lip lift, rhinoplasty, otoplasty, hair transplantation and hair PRP, facial resurfacing with lasers and chemical peels, Botox, and facial fillers. His aesthetic philosophy blends artistry and precision to help patients achieve their personal goals — whether a refined enhancement or a more meaningful transformation — through natural, balanced results that preserve facial harmony and individual identity.

His practice also includes reconstruction after Mohs surgery for skin cancer, repair of traumatic facial injuries, nasal reconstruction, treatment of facial nerve disorders, and complex soft tissue reconstruction of the face. 

Dr. Arianpour grew up in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, where he completed his undergraduate degree at the University of British Columbia. He then moved to the United States and graduated from Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed residency training in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Cleveland Clinic, followed by fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University, sponsored by the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
