I scheduled my 6 week follow up when I was recovering in postpartum and they told me my doctor (Dr. Collins) had nothing available even though I''m her patient. I ended up seeing Dr. Wood instead and she was great, but it was dissapointing I could not see my normal OB

Dr. Wood was extremely informative and understanding of my frustration. My baby was breech even though my OB (Dr. Collins) informed me that the baby had been head down for weeks. This made my delivery a surprise and more overwhelming than it needed to be. I would have done things different towards the end of my pregnancy had I known my baby was breech. I expressed concerned in the 3rd trimester when one of my scans showed the baby transverse, but at a follow up appointment Dr. Collins told me that the baby had flipped and was head down. It wasn''t until I was in triage after my water broke and waited at home several hours that I found out my baby was breech and that was why labor was not picking up the way it should.

Kim is so kind. She listens and explains things very well. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable too.

The doctor was very good and very understanding of my issues with scheduling. She helped me understand the steps to take to schedule the correct procedure, and she eased my worries about the actual procedure.
