Ms. Marshall is outstanding! She is very well prepared for the video meeting as she had reviewed the available data from my CARELINK account with MINIMED to discuss and provide any corrections needed. Ms. Marshall is very thorough and without question she is a significant asset in her position with the Cleveland Clinic. Her upbeat and positive attitude is a great motivator!
