Biography
Dr. Kishan Patel was born and raised in Lusaka, Zambia, a country in the southern part of Africa. He obtained his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Central Florida and his medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Cleveland Clinic Akron General in 2020 before joining as a full-time faculty member. Dr. Patel is certified by both the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and the American Board of Family Medicine.
He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Family and Community Medicine at Northeast Ohio Medical University and an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Patel is interested in hospital medicine, osteopathic manipulative treatment, pediatrics and preventive medicine. He has a passion for animals and enjoys spending time outside, playing soccer, and biking.

I loved that there was a resident in office during procedure. Dr. Zhong is very knowledgeable and was sharing his expertise with Dr. Garcia. It was so cool. Then the resident student I think his name was Sean, was also very nice.
