Took her time and was very helpful.

It was very easy to talk to Koli to discuss my issues and concerns. See listens very well to what you tell her and you can tell she is seriously analyzing and getting an understanding what is said by her responses and suggestions. She doesn''t try to rush you during the appointment and I was at ease in getting out all that I had to tell her for a thorough communication session. Koli shows appropriate empathy when needed as I felt that she really understood my concerns by her suggestions to help me with my issues.

Koli does an outstanding job listening and providing feedback. She also shows compassion and empathy with each visit. It''s nice to have a professional approach backed with humanity.
