Dr. Borriello was amazing. I think she has the hardest job in medicine, getting toddlers to sit still for eye exams. She had to be 100% on, but also work fast, and also get my daughter to hold still long enough for eye drops. I was impressed.

She is the best provider by far we have seen at the Cleveland clinic. She works so well with children and is always up neat to get them to cooperate and get the exam done in a timely manner. Just love her.

She was amazing! She came highly recommended from a friend of mine. I would recommend anyone to her. She was so kind, caring, and compassion with my little guy. I had no idea how she would get him to do an eye test. She's an absolute natural with kids. She had little finger puppets to help her with exam. My son smiled the whole eye exam. Hes 3 mind you. She openly discussed concerns or what could be. She was very open. Honest. I felt very comfortable asking questions and getting her opinions. She made the both of us feel at ease.

Dr. B responded within 20 minutes after I emailed a picture of my daughter and immediately scheduled an appointment for the next morning. As a worried parent, her quick and personal response brought me so much peace and reassurance. I truly appreciated how much she cared and acted right away.

Thank you thank you thank you!! She was so sweet to my daughter, she was also thorough and explained things in terms my daughter could understand so she knew what would be happening during the appointment. This made my daughter feel less nervous and more willing to do what was asked during the appointment. Really impressed with her!

They were amazing with my daughter. Highly recommend. Usually my daughter is not good with doctors but she didn't want to leave there. They did everything to help us figure out what was going on with my daughters eyes. Thanks to Dr. Boriello and Dr. Babiuch.

Dr B is an excellent doctor. She talks to the child at their age level, makes them feel comfortable and involved. She then also involves the parent. Great provider and so happy to have her take care of our daughter.

Very good with kids and patience. I enjoyed her interacting with my kids, to see a doctor that takes time and actually care about kids. That's not doing the job just for money but because she cares.

This provider is the best physician my child has ever encountered. And she has seen a lot of physicians. Her bedside manner is top tier and her explanations are throughout. She as a provider is efficient and helpful. Kudos for her being such a great leader and it translates to her office staff as well. They are eager to serve and helpful.

My child started with Dr. Borirello because she was having severe eye issues with allergies. Dr Borirello helped and guided her so much. It always looked like she had pink eye. It was awful. She suggested that we look into allergy injection shots for her. They are a big commitment. We go once a week for now, but are almost to once a month. She will have to do this for 2 to 3 years, but then her allergies will be gone. Her eyes have cleared up and she is already feeling much better. Thank you Dr Borirello.
