First visit with this specialist went well. She had throughly researched my history and prepared for my visit. Vested in addressing my concerns and issues. Good one on one contact.

A good care provider that listens to their patients and gives constructive feedback makes a great deal of difference. I have not always been able to find a provider that did this and had thought in the past of going elsewhere. I no longer feel this way with my current care provider at this facility.

Provider is excellent. Very professional, yet easy to talk with. Suggested a couple of simple fixes for my concerns and both have provided much relief.

Dr. Kalka was very understanding and not judgmental at all when I explained my why I had recently started focusing on my health and I appreciate that. My last doctor made me feel very uncomfortable and insecure when I was explained it to them when I wasn't taking the best care of myself.

I have two kidney stones in my left kidney. Nurse Kalka told me that my flank pain was likely from a muscle issue rather than what seemed quite obvious to me two kidney stones in my kidney. I did not appreciate this answer, and it lowered her credibility in my eyes.

I absolutely love Kristen. She is the best gastro doctor I have ever had. She is very kind and completely understands me and what I am going through with my health.

Dr. Kalka truly cares and is exploring every avenue to get me healed.

Kristen is a pleasure to see. Very thorough, easy to talk with, very knowledgeable. Shows much concern for her patients. AND I really loved the new AI system. It allows the provider to actually Talk , Face to Face, without them having to type while they're talking!
